the purpose of the quality assurane or QA program is to check for medication errors or contamination, to make sure all the customers or patients (in a hospital) setting are getting quality care and employee safety also. In fact, its for the patients as well as the techs; for instance if the clean rooms are not disinfected you could get sick or if the sharps containers for example have all its used flushes or needles on the ER floor of the hospital; you could get cut or poked with something fatal or a disease.The QA program is carried out by the entire staff Tameka, it is for everyone's safety,
