It's still sad, and quite discouraging that, in order to get assistance, one has to be 'persistent'. I'm not impressed with the lack of professionalism in this college. One thing after another. My textbooks came with the lessons all out of order. And photocopies. Wish I'd known this prior to my 5-day deadline to withdraw.
