I have only been able to complete one lesson in my program. I need a program called Visual Studio 2008 to get any further and my textbook says a free download of this program is available online........ Well it isn't. So I called and asked for help and was told my tutor was unavailable and they would contact me the next day. The next day my tutor was too busy for me and I was promise yet another call back. I did not receive one. I called back and finally got a hold of someone and was informed that I would receive the program on a cd in the mail. I received a cd, with no program just a bunch of stuff like the tada sound and images from the program. What is that? So I call back yet again and I was told Ashworth does not offer the program my textbook says is free online because it costs thousands of dollars........... Are you serious? My textbook says that I need this program to continue! Now I can't move forward with my school work until I pay thousands of dollars to download a program that is supposed to be free? My other option is to download the trial version and I have one to three months, depending on how long the trial is, to finish my entire Computer Programming Program. This is what I'm told. So I want a refund on my program because I am not receiving what I paid for. I expect the service I paid for, or I want a refund. I am going to contact the BBB about this. I was informed a supervisor would get back to me in atleast 48 hours, it's now been four days. Does anyone have any advice? I really just want to complete my program, or get my money back so that I can go to a new school.
