I guess I should wait until I'm not so upset to write out a post. 
However, I don't feel I'm being unreasonable in expecting my textbooks not be photocopies and in random order. I am wondering if you're getting actual textbooks because you're earning a degree and I'm going for a diploma in a certain program.
I've obtained my Property&Casualty and Life&Health Insurance Producer licenses via self-study so I'm used to this. Ashworth never indicated I was attending a college for self-study alone. I have read the Student Handbook. There was an exam on it as well.
I have posted this in Study Hall and am still hoping to get a response from Ashworth as far as where my missing lessons are. In the meantime, I'm continuing my studies.
