I can understand what you are saying but when the fault is not my own it is a bit unfair.
When you say "do your best to make sure before you submit an exam" this is what I did all answers were filled out and filled out correctly, but for some technical reason the site failed to see the answer to question 11 even though the correct one was clearly chosen on the answer page and double checked before I submitted the exam.
I have never missed an answer to a question ever before and I have done other courses through this school too, wrong answers occasionally but never have I filled the answer and then had the system say I gave no answer at all.
But I will be thankful that it was still a passing grade being as the questions were less for this exam and that one question took off more of the total score.
Perhaps in future I will take a screen capture of the page before i submit the exam so I can prove all answers correct and filled out incase this ever happens again.
